Costcowas, asusual, filled above capacity with ALOT ofrude people. Busy having their sample stand lunches. Blocking isles, not shopping just going from one sample stand tothe next.

I'm not typically the person toleave areview but wanted toin this case. Months ago Ineeded tires and mybuddy told meto goto this Costco because heloved ithere. SoI went and saved aton ofmoney onthe tires Iwanted. Got the tires and they did agreatjob. Noissues. Yesterday mytire got anail init and mytire went flat. Long story short (not short) Iwent inafter Iput myspare onjust tosee ifthey could fix itor get mea new tire. These days Ifigured itwould belike most places and would bea long expensive process. Ipulled upto the garage bay pretty late and without question aDominick came out and helpedme. Super friendly. Heimmediately grabbed myflat tire and brought itinto thebay. Told meto meet him inside and hewould help meout. Iwalked inand hepulled meright tothe computer and already had myaccount upand ordered the new tire. Iwas inshock lol Since mytire was under warranty IJust paid asmallfee. Dominick then said before Ileave tobring mycar back tothe bay sohe can check the spare tire and make sure the tire was ontight enough. Again Iwas shocked. Told mewhen the tire will bethere and will callme. Not kidding while I'm writing this review which isthe very nextday, Iget acall from Costco saying mytire isalready inand they can put iton today. Like what? Sorry for the long review but this was anamazing experience tothe point where Itook apicture ofhis name badge. Iam now aforever fan ofthis costco and Dominick Ithankyou. Iwill besending everyone Iknow tothis location because ofthat interaction. Costco give this guy araise! People like that donot come around often.… – show

I enjoy going toCostco for their low priced quality wares and amalways appreciative oftheir service. Today was adifferent story, however while pumpinggas, acustomer made anoff hand comment tono one inparticular: ‘wow, this gas isso cheap, Iprobably don’t have tokill Biden anymore.’ Frankly, this rhetoric can beexpected, especially from someone pumping regular octane gas intheir new Lexus.
What followed, though, was the disturbing partand, frankly, made mereconsider coming back toyour Strongsville location. The attendant onduty stated ‘Well Ithink you still should.’ The customer reasserted that that they ‘won’t have tokill him anymore’ and the employee encouragingly replied ‘well, Istill think that you should shoothim.’ Not only isthis encounter and encouragement ofkilling the sitting POTUS disturbing and inappropriate, itturned what should bea mundane, average activity into aVERY uncomfortable situation, asthey were directly oneither side ofme, while Ipumpinggas. Perhaps your employees need training onwhat subject matter and actions are appropriate ina public work setting.… – show00
